Refund policy

All sales final with exception to damaged or defective items. 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If item is received damaged or defective please email us at sales@Zambothreadz.com within 30 days of delivery date to qualify for resolution of the issue. We may require photo(s) of the damage/defect before providing a resolution. Resolution may include refund or replacement of damaged/defective item based on photo(s) provided. We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement if item is beyond 30 days after delivery date.
